I’VE STUDIED AYURVEDIC COOKING BEFORE. IS THIS THE SAME THING?Ayurvedic cooking is often presented in a complex way, with lots of food lists according to dosha plus dos and don’ts. We find that this is unnecessarily restrictive and not particularly helpful because people tend to become attached to what they can and can’t eat. Our approach is flexible, eliminates confusion, and allows for great creativity and satisfaction.
