Namaste!
I am Sugandha Singhal

I grew up in North India in a family deeply connected to the traditions of yoga and Ayurveda, which shaped my early understanding of holistic living. My school years, where I studied Sanskrit and Vedic teachings, further deepened this connection. Although I initially pursued a career in engineering, my 30s brought health challenges and a quest for deeper meaning, prompting me to explore the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda. These practices not only helped me overcome my physical and mental health struggles but also fostered well-being in my family. I started teaching Yoga in 2015 and live now between Florida and India. Through Wellness Sutra, I intent to help you find harmony within yourself and experience the transformative benefits of slow holistic living.

Yes, we do, We have a structured asana practice that has worked for many in overcoming and managing Back conditions, PCOD/PCOS, and in weight management. These asanas have been modified and sequenced based on a clear understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the condition. Our teachers will guide you through these practices while ensuring safety in every step of the way.
We have seen that people who practice for a min of 4-5 days a week, derive the maximum benefit faster. Having said that, one must start with a schedule that they can follow easily so as to stay consistent with the practice.
A mix of both Hatha and Vinyasa is mostly recommended. As one builds flexibility, and the other builds strength and endurance. But both styles have a deep impact on the mind as well. However, to understand the right mix of practices, you can choose to go through a private consultation with us. Our counselors / teachers will speak to you to understand your requirements, medical conditions, etc, and accordingly recommend the way forward.
Yes of course, in fact we recommend it. Having buddies helps you stay accountable and it’s also fun. You would each need to book the class with your own individual accounts.
