The Bliss Retreat
"Coming home to your body"
1st May to 3rd May 2026 - Spring Hills - Florida
What if yoga wasn’t about achieving a posture…
but about truly inhabiting yourself?
What if healing didn’t come from doing more…
but from gently returning to your natural state?
This weekend retreat is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect—
to come back home to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm.
In the midst of busy lives, constant stimulation, and doing…
we slowly lose touch with the quiet intelligence within us.
This is your space to remember.
Rooted in embodied yoga, pranayama, and Ayurvedic wisdom,
this retreat is not about pushing, fixing, or performing.
It is about feeling, listening, and allowing.
Through gentle, guided practices, you will begin to shift from:
doing → sensing
controlling → allowing
thinking → experiencing
Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence—
the part of you that already knows how to heal, balance, and restore.
