My journey with Ayurveda began as I sought answers to health challenges that modern solutions couldn’t resolve. Rediscovering this ancient science not only healed my body but also reawakened my spirit.
An E-RYT 500, PRYT Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Therapist and Ayurvedic Chef.
My passion for Ayurveda and Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up, I was deeply influenced by my father, who practiced these ancient sciences, and I naturally absorbed their wisdom through observation and learning.
Although I began my professional journey in engineering and worked in the corporate world for nearly a decade, I felt a growing need for something deeper. In 2012, I left my IT career to fully dedicate myself to the study of Yoga and Ayurveda. This journey took me across India and the Himalayas, where I trained under renowned teachers like Sri Parveen Nair, Sri Regeesh Vattakandy, and others.
With over 1800 hours of formal training, including certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Therapy, I now combine ancient practices with modern insights to help others find balance and vitality. My approach bridges Eastern traditions and Western healing modalities, bringing Yoga and Ayurveda back to their authentic and spiritual roots.
I believe wellness is about more than physical health—it’s about harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. My passion lies in empowering others to take charge of their well-being by sharing simple, effective tools that create lasting change.
