Sugandha Singhal

My name is Sugandha, and I was born and raised in Northern India—a city known for the great yogi Gorakhnath. Growing up in a family rooted in Vedic and spiritual traditions, I was immersed early on in the wisdom of ancient sciences. After studying engineering and spending nearly a decade in the corporate world, I found myself facing deep dissatisfaction and health issues that led me to question my life’s path. Trusting that the answers lay in the roots of my culture, I left my job and turned to the study of Vedic sciences.

Since then, I’ve been fortunate to learn from esteemed teachers in Hatha Yoga, Embodied Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda. My teachers, with a three-generation legacy, continue to guide me. My journey is ongoing—I still study and practice, including time in Buddhist monasteries for meditation. I am keenly interested in studying Vedic scriptures and philosophies and understanding their deeper meanings. Sharing this path and helping others reconnect with themselves through these ancient practices is my true calling and joy.India is my homeland so, I invite you to see the spiritual and authentic India.

Ekta Minocha

I am a yoga teacher based out of Rishikesh – the Yoga capital of India. Over my 10+ years of practice and teaching my journey has evolved from seeing yoga as a physical practice now into a spiritual inquiry. This has led me into studying the philosophy shared by yogis and sages and connecting it with my practice and life experience. I am also cultivating bhakti – reverence in my yogic life. My yoga practice is rooted in moving with awareness of the body and nurturing quietness in mind.

My classes are based on the philosophy of Embodied Yoga. Yoga is now a Sadhana and a way of life for me. My interest in yogic philosophy is inclined towards the non dual aspects of Advaitha Vedanta. I see Bhagwan Ramana Maharishi as an inspiration in my journey.
