Sugandha Singhal
My name is Sugandha, and I was born and raised in Northen India—a city known for the great yogi Gorakhnath. Growing up in a family rooted in Vedic and spiritual traditions, I was immersed early on in the wisdom of ancient sciences. After studying engineering and spending nearly a decade in the corporate world, I found myself facing deep dissatisfaction and health issues that led me to question my life’s path. Trusting that the answers lay in the roots of my culture, I left my job and turned to the study of Vedic sciences.
Since then, I’ve been fortunate to learn from esteemed teachers in Hatha Yoga, Embodied Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda. My teachers with a three-generation legacy, continues to guide me. My journey is ongoing—I still study and practice, including time in Buddhist monasteries for meditation. I am keenly intrested in studying vedic scriptures and philosophies and understanding their deeper meanings.Sharing this path and helping others reconnect with themselves through these ancient practices is my true calling and joy
