Have you ever paused to wonder—what really is the breath, and why is it so central to yoga?
I’ve asked myself this many times too. That curiosity led me on a beautiful journey inward, and it’s exactly what inspired this workshop.
One of my teachers once said something that stayed with me: “We explore the breath as a way to come home to the body.”
My dear friend Ekta’s is teaching yoga for a decade and lives in India. Her deep wisdom and warm, supportive teaching style make this much more than a movement class – it’s an invitation to connect, find inner peace, and cultivate lasting personal growth.
✨ Embodying the Breath ✨
A yoga workshop to befriend your breath – your ever-present companion.
In this class, we explore the breathing through mindful movement, asanas, and settle into its natural rhythm with pranayama. We explore the breath as a gateway to come home to the body, fostering an intimate connection that feels like an embrace from within.
